“I was yo-yo-ing with my diet and did not feel good in my skin anymore. I met with Dr. Gluck one day and he recommended this program! This program helped me reset my body and diet. It was a tool to help me pay attention to my eating habits and the foods I was eating. I found what foods would trigger me to overeat and understand the goal is to get proper nutrition and satisfy my body.
It gave me a boost in resetting my mind in how I think about food. It was always my go-to when it came to my emotions. I am an emotional eater.
