Classes and Support
Whether you are just beginning the journey or years after your surgery, we would love for you to join us for our virtual support groups. Support Groups and Classes are excellent ways to stay connected, learn, and remain accountable to your weight loss goals. We recognize that not everyone is comfortable in a group setting, so feel free to listen without sharing or schedule a one-on-one visit with a provider. Support groups and classes are not recorded due to patient involvement and confidentiality.
